1. Our store is not responsible for the quality and freshness of produce once it has left our premises. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure proper refrigeration and handling practices are maintained to preserve the quality of the produce.

2. We recommend that all perishable items, including fresh produce, be promptly refrigerated at the appropriate temperature upon reaching their destination to maintain their freshness and quality.

3. Any concerns regarding the quality or condition of the produce must be reported to us within a specified timeframe after purchase ( 24 hours) . We may request relevant information and evidence to assess the issue.

4. Refunds or replacements for fresh produce will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our assessment of the circumstances surrounding the complaint.

5. Improper storage, handling, or neglect of the produce by the purchaser will not be considered grounds for a refund or replacement.

6. We encourage customers to follow recommended storage guidelines provided by us or consult with our staff for advice on how to best preserve the quality of the produce.
