Mandarin and banana smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 Ripened banana
- 5 mandarins
- 1/2 cup of low fat vanilla yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1/2 cup of ice
How to make it
- Peel and chop the banana and the mandarins and place in a freezer bag for one hour
- Place the frozen Banana and mandarins in the blender with the yoghurt, lemon juice and ice and blend until smooth.
Once blended pour this delicious smoothie into a glass and serve with or without a straw. This is a great healthy and low calorie way to start your day.
